Usage Guidelines

Our community calendar is a space to inform and uplift our diverse city. To maintain a respectful and inclusive environment, we reserve the right to review and curate submissions based on the following principles:

1. We welcome events that foster learning, creativity, civic engagement, and community connection.
2. We do not accept submissions that promote hate, violence, discrimination, or misinformation.
3. Political events are allowed if they are non-partisan (e.g. candidate forums, voter education). Events explicitly endorsing or opposing specific candidates or parties may not be approved.
4. Marches and protests may be listed if they align with community values of peace, dignity, and non-discrimination. We may include a contextual note if needed.
5. We reserve the right to decline events that could pose a risk to public safety or contradict the mission of promoting a welcoming community space.
